Registrations

Player Registration:

It is mandatory for each NOMHA player to have the Respect in Sports for Parents course certification on their HCR profile. Please see the Respect in Sports Information on the Registration page of the website for all details on how to complete this for your player. Players will not be allowed on NOMHA ice until this program has been completed.

Early Bird Registration is running until June 30, 2022. Players will be assigned to recreational teams on a first come first served basis.  This will be determined on the date that your registration was received by NOMHA.

Due to the uncertainty with COVID-19,  NOMHA may have to change the structure of our programs for the health and safety of our members. Programs may not run as previously done or as described.

REP PLAYERS - June 30th, 2022  is the critical registration deadline for determining if NOMHA will run Development/Rep teams this season. If you are interested in your child playing Development or Rep, you must have your U11, U13, U15 or U18 player registration application in by this date. Assessments will be made based on the numbers registered prior to this cut-off date as to whether your division will host Dev/Rep.

All Players registering after July 30th, 2022 will be placed on a waiting list.  In certain Divisions wait listing prior to this deadline may occur dependant on the forecasted registration numbers not supporting multiple recreational teams.

Family discounts are deducted as follows: two oldest players pay full fees each following player pays half fees.  This discount is only applied to the registration fees and not camps or try-outs.  For families registering more than 2 players, please use the hard copy of the Player Registration Form and mail it in with payment.

Goalies that are providing all of their own equipment are eligible, once rostered to a team, for a 20% refund of registration fees (applicable to U11 (Atom) & up only).

Please ensure that a valid email address is included on the registration form, as NOMHA distributes important information on the website (www.nomha.com) or by email only.

No player will be allowed on the ice until registration fee is paid in full (or has an approved payment plan in place).

ePACT is essential for your player’s Medical Information, to have you sign your Code of Conduct Agreements, and is a requirement to play within NOMHA. You will receive an email invitation to complete it, and it MUST be completed by September 30th, 2022. If you have not created an ePACT profile before it may take a few minutes to complete. Once you have done it, your files remain and then the following years it’s a few quick clicks to confirm all is the same or make any changes. U11 DEVELOPMENT, U13 REP, U15 REP & U18 REP:

Players interested in playing U11 Development, U13 Rep, U15 Rep or U18 Rep must register by June 30th, 2022 to verify if there is enough interest in having a dev/rep team.  Players wanting to try-out for a development or rep team will pay a $100.00 non-refundable try-out fee. This fee is included in the registration fee.

Please note that there are additional carding/rep fees associated with all Development and Rep teams.  This fee is to cover the additional ice costs, refs and other expenses associated with running a Development or Rep program.  The fees for the 2022/2023 season have been set at $100.00/U11 Dev player, $125.00/U13 Rep, U15 Rep & U18 Rep players.
